Irene Read is a Licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona.  She primarily works in the Tucson/Green Valley (55 over Community) areas but has resources for all areas of Arizona. 
After 30 years in San Francisco, Irene moved to Tucson in 2001 to enjoy the 300+ days of Sun and the awsome beauty of Southern Arizona.  She is a Relocation Specialist, providing Free Relo Packets on request and also provides tours of the Tucson area for prospective buyers.  Her other strengths are First Time Home Buyers, New Construction, Residential Investment as well as Sellers' needs in all price ranges.  She brings to the table years of Marketing and Managerial experience which translates to:  Listening to Client Needs, Attention to Detail and Excellent Communication skills which are all essential ingredients to a successful transaction.

• REALTOR - A term designated to Real Estate Professionals by the National Association of Realtors, in conjunction with the Arizona Association of Realtors and the Tucscon Association of Realtors. This designation holds us accountable to a code of ethics and standard of practice which requires honesty, fairness, cooperation and confidentiality
• GRI Graduate Realtor Institute - A 90 hour educational program that increases knowledge in a broad array of technical subjects as well as fundamentals of residential real estate.  This program is a National designation offered by the National Association of Realtors.
  
• CTA - Certified Tourism Ambassador.  A designation given by the Metroplitan Tucson Convention and Visitors Bureau consisting in course study in the history of Southern Arizona, landmarks, attractions, events and growth throughout  the area as well as class work and test.  I am proud of this designation in helping visitors have a better understanding of Tucson past, present and future.
